2024–2026 Lead Dance Artist and project manager, Dance for Parkinson’s, Wells. Co-produced development of a dance for health class into a multidisciplinary hub for people with neurodegenerative conditions, doubling participation within four months, extending provision to include musicians, visual artists and wellbeing practitioners, and securing £19,000 from NLCF Awards for All.
2025–2026 Lead Dance Artist. Secured Parkinson’s UK funding to develop rural dance for health provision in partnership with Createmovedance, connecting with social prescription services and Wiltshire Music Centre.
2019–2024 Developed specialist skills in play and developmental movement for Early Years, delivering as lead artist in community and educational settings with Createmovedance.
2008 – 2012 Researcher for Headteachers, Teachers and Industry, Thinkpiece (Authored by Jane Farrimond). Consultant researcher for Kingswood Partnership; International Education Partnerships (including fieldwork in Tanzania) and Dance in the curriculm; a dialogic exercise.

Learning and Participation Manager – Rambert Dance Company, London 2016–2018

Managed public events and projects across cultural institutions, health settings and schools, including Imprints — a Southbank Centre schools performance event (1,000+ people) across 18 London schools.
Managed Rambert’s Southbank partnership with Coin Street Community Builders, expanding Early Years, boys’, street/hip hop and elders provision through a transparent, collaborative model.
Led evaluation strategy, staff progression pathways, and interdisciplinary working between Learning & Participation and Archives. Represented Rambert on UK-wide networks.

Co-founder and Director – Pojie Arts | 破界艺术 2011–2016

Designed and delivered inclusive dance and interdisciplinary arts projects across Beijing, Shanghai, Nanning and Xuzhou, in collaboration with partners including Beijing Dance Academy, UCCA, Goethe Institut, Humanity and Inclusion (formerly Handicap International), and local schools and disability organisations.
Developed accessible evaluation methodologies to support participant voice and cross-cultural partnership working, with inclusion and access as interconnected creative and strategic functions.

Participation Officer – Corali Dance Company, London 2009–2011

Designed and managed inclusive dance and performance projects with schools, community organisations and cultural partners including Tate, ShapeArts, Mencap, New Adventures, Wayne McGregor and The Place.
Initiated a weekly CPD class for company members and supported organisational growth through partnership development and evaluation activity.
